Standing on a street corner, a straight-laced man scurried on by speaking loudly, as you do when you walk along Madame‘s streets, and I heard him say, ” It’s fattening, expensive, and not super tasty…”
And off he went — leaving me wondering what food he was referring to.

I could think of many things in Madame’s play land that were fattening — many. Ice cream, cake, dessert anywhere — see where my mind goes? Right to the sweets.
However, there are a lot of fattening savory foods out there as well — fast food. pasta, French Fries — I don’t know — all the good stuff.
Now, next he said, expensive. Well, anything can be expensive in Madame’s land. Last I checked I spent $9 on an ice cream bar — hello! Enough said –it’s all expensive.
But, last but not least, not super tasty. He didn’t say it wasn’t tasty at all, but not super tasty — hmmm.. this has got to be subjective. What is tasty to one person may taste terrible to another.
So, he never named aloud what he was referring to, but my mind went to my own answer.
For me, if I was going to name something fattening, expensive, and not super tasty it would have to be: Vegan Ice Cream. Give me the cream and the cheap brand name any day — I have tried the vegan stuff and it is no way as tasty as the tried and true for me.
But that’s just me. How about you? Amazing, how one could think on such a riddle for a long while.
